BUTELINE: SPEED, EASE & SECURITY IN PLUMBING & UFH

Exhibiting at the upcoming InstallerSHOW (23 – 24 June) at NEC Birmingham, visitors to the Buteline UK stand (Stand 4H10) will discover the speed, simplicity and security that define Buteline plumbing, central heating and Bute-Heatline UFH installations. Live interactive demonstrations and clamping competitions will allow installers and merchants to get hands-on with the pipe, fittings and tools, plus get Bute merchandise.

Clamping (crimp/press) with a hand tool or press gun eliminates the need for potentially dangerous and time-consuming hotworks, significantly improving safety and efficiency. Installation is quick and easy,  and the post-clamp flare visually indicates joint completion.  The resulting Buteline connection is maintenance-free and so strong you can tow your vehicle with Buteline pipe! Watch the Tow Test on YouTube (https://youtu.be/_QQ38YTTUWs) – the pipe stretches first and then eventually breaks, the pipe does not pull out of the joint, and the joint does not break!

Specifically designed for use with hot & cold potable water, chilled water, central heating and underfloor heating, the Buteline system is WRAS-approved, versatile and only requires the same one type of pipe.

Buteline PB-1 barrier pipe is flexible, incredibly easy to handle, and very quick to install. De-burring is not required, and offcuts from UFH can be used for plumbing, minimising waste and ensuring full value from every metre of pipe. For extra convenience, Buteline also offer red and blue pre-insulated pipe in 10mm, 16mm, 22mm and 28mm sizes with Euroclass B fire rating, which fulfils all the highest building standards in terms of fire reaction.

Unlike other systems, Buteline fittings are a slimline, one-piece (single mould) design with no O-rings, grab rings or inserts, significantly reducing the likelihood of errors and ensuring leak-free connections that are reliable for the long term. Every Buteline plumbing joint is robust and proudly backed by a 25 year guarantee.

Connecting to existing systems, such as copper and pushfit, is easy with various Buteline transition fittings to accommodate for soldering, compression, pressfit and pushfit.

Bute-Heatline UFH is also extremely easy to install with the same flexible pipe, and various options for different floor construction types. Options include a cost-effective staple system, a self-adhesive clip rail system and a castellated tray system for a professional uniform layout and quick install. Buteline offers a FREE design service* and 48-hour quote turnaround, with full guarantee and after sales support.
