Fern Doors is a small, enthusiastic company based in Lancashire, dedicated to supplying and manufacturing a range of made-to-measure high-quality doors, and cut and edged board for the fitted furniture manufacturer.

We have a range of doors including:

• PVC-Edged slab doors, plinths, panels, fillers.
• Shaker doors with a butt jointed frame:

Hoghton: A traditional looking door with an 8mm centre panel, and an option for fixed (part of the construction) or loose cross rails.

Gregson: Flush with an 18mm centre panel

Brindle: A Multi-panel also with 18mm centre panels.

Tripoli doors which are our 3 piece shaker style.

• PVC-edged Sliding Doors
• Aluminium Sliding Doors, supplied with board, mirror or coloured glass.

We can also manufacture and supply the slab doors as angled doors, butt jointed framed mirrored doors or as 36/38mm panels (subject to the actual board thicknesses)

Another product that we supply is cut and edged boards for you to give your customer a carcase or panels to match to their doors.

We offer any colour providing we can obtain the board and edging tape.

Along side the doors and cut and edged board we provide 3 different coloured inset handles (fitted on supply, or loose if requested) and the same for sit on handles which are ‘supply only’ and match our aluminium framed slider profile colours. Subject to geographical restrictions we deliver to various locations in the UK during the week, or you can collect directly from our factory.
